Students interested in majoring in Health Sciences must seek early advice from a member of the faculty and declare the major with the department chair, while applications to major in Public Health will be accepted for the fall semester until March 1 and in the spring semester until October 1. Majors may pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in either field of study, but students may not double major in Health Sciences and Public Health.
