EDU-431 Diverse School Cultures: Teaching, Learning and Management Prerequisite: EDU-221 Deepens understanding of diversity in elementary and middle school cultures. Classroom and school communities that embrace diversity studied through analysis of attributes and practices of successful educators. Instructional and management strategies that encourage learning, sensitivity and socialization developed through integrated clinical and field experiences. May only be enrolled as a part of the Senior Block. 3 credits.
