ART-204 Themes in Painting

Prerequisite: ART-113 Introduction to Painting
A continued exploration of oil painting with an emphasis on ideation and a discovery of personal creative voice. Students will build on technical knowledge and survey new ideas through critical analysis of historical and contemporary painting. 4 credits.
