SDG 725 Content Creation for Customer Experience This course explores the role of communication in creating engaging, customer-centered brand experiences. Students will refine their skills in content creation for brand guidelines focusing on creating customer personas, customer journeys, and utilizing customer feedback to amplify personalized and meaningful customer experiences (CX). 3 credits.
