INV 611 Leading Innovation in Groups and Teams

This course examines approaches and strategies of leadership, group and team dynamics, and the study of inter-group and intra-group communication. Students will focus on leading group problem-solving techniques which instill creativity and innovation in the processes of team building and group performance. 3 credits.
