INV 641 Professional Coaching

Students apply their learning through faculty-led leadership development in an executive coaching model. This individualized learning opportunity pairs students with an executive coach, to create and execute a leadership development plan that emphasizes critique, personal strength development, and empathy. Up to 6 credits of approved mentoring-based coursework may be applied for credit to the degree. 3 credits.
