To fulfill major requirements, students must have at least a 2.00 grade point average for all mathematics courses enrolled excluding MTH-110 , MTH-120 , MTH-145 , MTH-301 , and MTH-302 .

Majors must successfully complete:
one advanced theory course:
at least four more in-depth applied courses:
with no more than two of these four courses substituted from other disciplinary prespectives:
and, at least two more science courses appropriate for a major in the respective discipline:
which fulfills the Empirical Studies of the Natural World (NW) general education requirement for Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree candidates.
