Students seeking a commission must complete the basic course sequence by the end of sophomore year:
the advanced course sequence:
and, meet four additional criteria to be eligible to serve as an officer in the U.S. Army
- successfuly complete the 32-day Leader Development and Assessment Course (LDAC) at Fort Lewis, Washington, between the junior and senior years
- pass the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT)
- pass both the basic commissioning swin test and the Combat Water Survival Test (CWST)
- and, meet or exceed all university degree requirements to earn the bachelor’s degree.
