AES 675 Community-Engaged Practicum Students apply their learning in a community placement focused on advocacy and equity. Practica may include community-engaged research processes, crafting messages and audiences, facilitating community deliberation and dialogue, and other theories and practices germane to student learning outcomes. Placements require both faculty approval and the completion of concurrent coursework though reflection and presentation concerning the goals and outcomes of the practicum. Up to 6 hours of practicum may be applied for credit to the degree. 3-6
