PSY-322 Memory and Cognition Prerequisite: PSY-202 or BIO-222 Examination of the research and theories of human memory and cognition. Topics include perception, attention, encoding and retrieval processes, forgetting, the nature of long-term memory, and decision-making. Experimental approaches to studying these topics will be discussed. Lab projects focus on experimental and statistical methods for studying and analyzing cognitive processes. 4 credits.
