EDU-222 Nature of Learning Disabilities

Prerequisite: EDU-221
Designed to teach students the history of the field of learning disabilities, related educational theories, available educational services, and appropriate strategies for working with individuals with learning disabilities. Twenty hours of off-campus fieldwork at a local public school required. 4 credits.
