The B.A. in Communication Studies is designed for students with interests in communication theory, research, and practice and includes courses in communication contexts including interpersonal, group, and organizational communication; rhetoric, persuasion, and advocacy; and media studies. To graduate with a major in Communication Studies students take a minimum 40 credits and satisfy the requirements outlined in each course category below. Students must also have at least a 2.00 grade point average for courses used to satisfy major requirements.
