BUS-200 Business Drives the Economy A study of businesses and the industry/economic base in one of the world’s financial centers. Students will study the key strategic issues that confront important organizations in a major United States city, and will have the opportunity to interact with executives in these organizations. The intent of the course is to understand how and why the city became and remains an economic hub of the United States, and to develop an understanding of the nature of competition in the city (and many of America’s) key industries. May Experience ONLY. 2 credits.
