MXP-147 Podcasting for Community Building

This course will focus on podcast creation to build community and enhance connections. Students will learn about the role of podcasting to build brand awareness, demonstrate credibility and expertise, and provide resources and support for the podcast audience. Students will learn from local podcasters and develop podcast creation skills. Students will reflect on the community they wish to develop through podcasting and will consider the practice of community engagement for varied purposes, such as business, personal, cultural, or other needs. May Experience ONLY. 2 credits.
