FYW-1328 Men & Masculinities

This FYW course will introduce students to the practice of academic writing and research through an exploration of topics related to men and masculinities. Students will write in a variety of genres and learn the basics of scholarly research as they investigate different theoretical approaches to masculinity, diverse ideals and experiences of what it means to be a man, and critical arguments about the ways masculinity needs to change. 4 credits.
