MXP-267 Farm to App: UX Design in Ireland’s Food Systems

The Farm to App study away course in Dublin, Ireland, offers students an immersive learning experience with a global perspective. It focuses on storytelling through the UX design of mobile apps related to meal planning and food management, examining food systems and sustainability between South Carolina and Ireland. The course explores food production, distribution, consumption, and environmental impact, emphasizing sustainable practices and their role in shaping future food systems, using apps to foster beneficial engagement with these subjects.
